@Ryanair You are seriously taking the Michael O’Leary now, my partner was delayed 5 hours in Sept along with 2 family members. One got her €250 reasonably quickly, whilst you have taken the ultimate mickey with the other day! Pull your fingers out and stop making excuses!!!
