@Ryanair I'm really confused about your baggage situation. For free, I'm told you can bring one hand bag and one hold bag. I paid for 2, but being told I get the same allowance as the free option. Your CS chat person is not helping here. Help me out please.

HI Luke, the difference is that priority boarding passengers can take their cabin luggage into the cabin with them once they are within our dimensions. Non-priority boarding passengers need to check the larger cabin bag in while boarding. JH

I was told by CS: All passengers (over 2 years) are entitled to one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 10 kg and maximum dimensions of 35 cm x 20 cm x 20. This can be taken free of charge. Also, you can have an additional piece of hand luggage in the hold for free.

On the chat with a guy called Sandor. He has assured me I will be fine with my small case and a backpack on the flight. But also gave that wrong info before contradicting himself. Sorry, I'm just really confused.
