Literally can't believe how bad @Ryanair customer service is - literally ignoring DMs and tweets - and emails, letters etc after my parents lost 3K due to their cancellations. Anyone else having the same problems? #ryanair #CustomerService

It's all in a DM... as you requested. You told me on Monday you were going to contact me about your failure to reimburse my family what you owe them (6 months later). Then you went silent - haven't heard a peep from you. No one has been contacted.
