@Ryanair Still not getting any replies to refunds due 3 months ago. How do I escalate my claim to a higher authority?

Yes. The form I was meant to use wouldn’t recognise the booking details so had to use the contact form as I recall. I can also show you emails where I provided all documentation back in November.
