I gave u your reference details where u can find all the info there. It's a claim for a damaged buggy. U can't imagine how difficult was our holidays with a damaged buggy but it is even worse to wait for an reply to see how we r gonna sort it out

All done. 6 weeks to sort out the issue, knowing that a buggy for a 22 months baby is use on daily basis.
