@Ryanair I need to speak to someone. Not to be passed on or referred to a generic phone number or online portal. I want to speak to an actual human please regarding a refund. My emails back and forth are going nowhere. Please help

I already did and you provided me with the general customer services number. Who led me to the general refund portal. Who sent me a generic letter. Is there a chance I will get to speak to an actual human to get this sorted?
