@Ryanair You have the WORST customer service of all time. If something is left on the seat of a plane, why is it not left at the Ryanair desk inside the terminal (Lost & Found) similar to Aer Lingus policy. What moron thought up your existing policy on left behind luggage?
Hi Clare, if the item was found by one of our crew members, they would have left it at the Lost and Found department of the arrival airport. Please contact them http://tinyurl.com/zl8vxj4 MM

MM, I have the item back. It was found by a crew member (100 per cent, as it was handed to a crew member by another passenger). It still ended up with First Flight. NOT Ryanair's desk/lost and found.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Perhaps you are unfamiliar with the process as it seems that I am the one informing you on what happens when things are left on Ryanair planes (and found by crew members). Follow the Aer Lingus model, or perhaps come up with a system that makes a small fraction of sense.
