@Ryanair You have the WORST customer service of all time. If something is left on the seat of a plane, why is it not left at the Ryanair desk inside the terminal (Lost & Found) similar to Aer Lingus policy. What moron thought up your existing policy on left behind luggage?
Hi Clare, if the item was found by one of our crew members, they would have left it at the Lost and Found department of the arrival airport. Please contact them http://tinyurl.com/zl8vxj4 MM

retrieve the item if the flight time is outside of these hours. Your customer service is appalling at Stansted. Your customer service is appalling in general. If someone has left an item, they should not have to wait a week to get it back (in my case) nor have to go through..

a third party company. If something is left, it should be brought to the Ryanair Desk/Lost and Found Department, not dealt with by 'First Fight'. Furthermore, to charge someone for a boarding pass after explaining the situation is just simply bad etiquette. PLEASE REVIEW.
