@Ryanair 5 months ago I applied for compensation for a flight cancelled in september. In November you sent me a letter that I would be paid in 10 working days via transfer. It is mid Feb and I still haven't been paid. Been in touch every two days but you neglect me. #worstairline

Ref 1760186 reservation U2INWK. On 16th Jan got a letter saying my case would be rectified within two weeks but havent heard back at all, even despite me calling and escalating the case every two days. Ryanair is ignoring me and trying not to pay my rightful compensation!
