@Ryanair awful customer service, wrongfully moves someone’s iPad into my bag in the hold. Only realised when I got home and now Ryanair are taking no responsibility to get the item back to the rightful owner. Looks like it belongs to a child as well. #CustomerExperience

@Ryanair Yeah and I would have if I realised at the airport. Didn’t realise till I opened my case when I got home which is over 65 miles away. Thanks for stating what would have happened though, which is not exactly helpful now.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
