@Ryanair - I am shocked and appalled by the customer service I have been subjected to at Ryanair! People need to think twice before using them as a flight operator! Months of arguing over things we were promised!

It has been escalated to this team several times in the past. Let’s hope that this time they actually respond to the queries raised rather than responding with a blanket unhelpful response.

That's what I've found with their responses too. Asking why I have to pay to print a boarding card they reply that if I don't print it within 2 hours of the flight they'll charge me more.
