Extremely disappointed in @Ryanair customer service. A simple query and i get an impersonal response with no outcome. How does it make sense to be paying for a name change of 110 when the flight was 20 quid?
Hi, the name change fee is in accordance with our T&C's I'm afraid. We also advise passengers that new tickets can work out cheaper than new tickets also. Thanks AR

Why would this be useless? Do you complaint in a wallmart if you find the milk too expensive? I dont think so.
