@Ryanair , our suitcase was not brought in our flight madrid to London two days ago-noone is able to give us a solution to get it back. Can you help?

We have:
@Ryanair_ES says they put the bag on a later flight to@STN_Airport, and that they have record of this.@STN_Airport says the bag did not arrive there. No-one takes responsibility, no compensation, one bag lost, all luggage nowhere. What are we supposed to do? -
