Your 'customer service', i use the term loosely, is appalling. Unable to book seats through my booking as system wrongly declares card details are wrong. Try to sort out on chat and tried to charge me extra fees. Complaint form redirects to chat. Sort this for me please @Ryanair

That has not worked either..the issue is not fixed by using the mobile app. This is incredibly frustrating, i have seen lots of other peoplr have similar issues and frankly it is ridiculous

Still no response? I had a DM and said it will be sorted ASAP. I asked for more info as this happened for the 1st time 2 weeks ago. No response. Very frustrating experience with 5 different members of your team now. How hard can it be to rectify? I specified on DM what i require
