@Ryanair my wife has been waiting since the 4th December when you promised payment for compensation regarding the pilot holiday saga in October. Why have you not paid when you said you would? It’s not good enough!!!! Your customer service is appalling!!!

Hi. This issue is still not resolved. Please can you find out where your cheque has gone or who cashed it. We certainly haven’t. This service is not good enough. As a company you should be ashamed of your customer service. Replying to my wife’s email would be a start!!!
