@Ryanair Hi, could you clear up a question regarding lithium ion batteries for me please? I have two 15.2v batteries (in flight safe bags) for my drone. One that is normally inside the drone and one spare. Am I only allowed to fly with one or is it one spare?

Hi Gemma, both batteries will have to not be connected to the drone and can be taken on board as long as they do not exceed 160 watt hours. Thanks AR

Yes they are 68Wh each, I had one taken away from me at the airport earlier this month after airport security called what I think was a Ryanair line to double check. So I should have been okay to take both of these? I’m flying again this week and will show them this you see!pic.twitter.com/Ywt9rY68f5

Hi, we'd advise contacting the departing airport security for clarification if unsure. The watt hours are fine to take on board, but it will be up to airport security to let you through. Thanks AR
