@Ryanair my wife has been waiting since the 4th December when you promised payment for compensation regarding the pilot holiday saga in October. Why have you not paid when you said you would? It’s not good enough!!!! Your customer service is appalling!!!

So bank contacted and as it expected. No transaction of a cheque payment. As we never received one as already explained. I guess we send this evidence to you now to draw this process out even longer. Surely you can trace were your cheque has been cashed?
