@Ryanair I submitted a claim on 15 Nov. I was promised response in 28 working days. Still no response and your online chat service said they don't deal with claims. Who can I contact to get an update?

Still no update from your customer service. When can I expect a response? What needs to happen to actually escalate this, other than you stating that you've escalated it?
