Totally shocked by @Ryanair & their shambolic customer service, you would have thought with their dwindling rep' they'd try to keep customers happy? Rude, no logic to their policy, no wonder they have to rely on weekly flight sales & slave drive staff to function. #ryanairFAIL

That is now irrelevant, we were treated rudely over the phone and made to feel like undervalued customers. It's sad your tweet has no hint of an apology however hollow it may have been. Evidently Ryanair has a sincere lack of a custom service policy.
