Had possessions stolen from hold luggage on a flight from Sofia to Lpool last night. Why is it that @LPL_Airport have acknowledged my complaint so professionally, but @Ryanair haven’t at all here & sent me an auto email directing me to their policy on sharp objects?!#Ryanair

Not quite sure whether your customer service staff are a) illiterate b) ignorant or c) incompetent What part of stolen possessions from a bag in the hold does your ‘lost bag’ policy cover? And how exactly will the airport help me to locate it
