@Ryainair hello everyone, I just wanted to share “the most wonderful” flying experience with this company. Being pregnant wife of EU citizen, I was denied to board together with my husband on the flight Edinburgh to Bergamo, having all the documents right with me.

Flight FR5834, EDI-BGY, just being bounced back AT THE GATE, by a very uninterested and rude hostess allegedly because not displaying a stamp on the boarding pass for a visa which I don’t need and not have because I’m a wife of an Italian citizen and permanent residency in ITA.

The situation could easily being resolved at the gate bacause all the documents were and are right and in place. Just a stamp. Not only no one assisted us but the girl at the gate basically kicked us out pissed of our requests of help.

Sent back to the check in area, Ryanair people not only did not want to speed up the process of a f**** stamp, but refused to call colleagues at the gate to wait for us. Result: missed the last flight. We had to buy a new one, need to sleep here, miss one day of work. Insane.

The most damaging and dangerous stuff is the amount of stress I had to suffer while pregnant. Running up and down, trying to talk and get some assistance...you tell me if this is the new strategy you want to pursue...disgusting...
