Hi joe, we're very sorry for the inconvenience, if you read the details on the voucher email, you will see that the voucher had to be used before the 31st of October 2017, for flights up to the 31st of MArch 2018. Your voucher is expired.

I have used the voucher. I want to change my flight. There is nothing in your T& C's that says this is a problem with vouchers.
