@Ryanair Could you update me on the status of my compensation claim please? I was promised £439.25 in November but haven’t received it yet. Your customer service department can’t tell me what’s happening.

Thank you. It’s 1783410/AWP5HC. Just received an email saying case is closed and cheque will be in the post within 28 days. Any chance of narrowing down the date range slightly? Been told 28 days twice since November to no avail.
