@Ryanair if I only have one bag (not two) which is 55cm x 40cm x 20cm and I haven’t paid for Priority, I can still take it on the plane, as I don’t have two bags. Is that right?

Hi, this will go in the hold of the aircraft as the smaller item (35x20x20cm) is the item that can be brought on board the aircraft. AR

I am not carrying a smaller item. I only have one item of hand luggage which measures 55cm x 40cm x 20cm which I want to take on the plane with me as it my laptop and other belongings I want to use on the flight. This is HAND luggage...not hold luggage. Can you review again pls.

Hi, the policy is that the cabin bag (10kg) goes to the hold free of charge if you are not Priority, no matter if it is your only bag. JC

And since I don’t carry any hold luggage all you are doing is inconveniencing me by then making me wait at the carousel for my one and only cabin bag. A miserable flight without my laptop, pillow and other items, and then needlessly wasting my time at the carousel? Ridiculous

Hi Andrew, the way to have your cabin bag of 10 kg and 55cm x 40cm x 20cm of size is buying Priority Boarding. JC

So in order to have my one and only cabin bag in the cabin, I now have to pay for it, or be forced to have a miserable flight and be inconvenienced waiting at the carousel. That is an absolute joke. I really think your airline does everything it can to be detested at times.
