Have done 15 times! I keep getting nonsensical replies and theres no customer service as they either choose to answer one question then disregard the point and obliterate the other questions. I’ve also been told lies esp about the payment fee, so where do you suggest I try now ?

Please advise who to complain to.... as I’ve said no one seems to answer! On the iPhone when booking it only advises to pick a reserved seat it does not STATE between 18-30!!! Huge flaw
