Hi @Ryanair I need to speak to someone about my mum's flight. She bought it in November, it's not till March but you're after emailing saying she's been moved to a flight 10 hours later. There are still seats on the flight she booked?! Phone rings and rings and then cuts off.

Yes, she received an email about it, no one else in her group of friends did, and like I said, the flight is still up on your site, selling tickets. She couldn't sleep last night with the worry, she was in tears. I'll DM you now.
