@Ryanair I have been trying to make a booking all day with no success. Called help line they took payment and now there is no trace of that booking! The advisor when i gave the email just said ok instantly and didn’t seem to have taken the email down at all

If you have taken down the wrong email address then you wouldn’t be able to log into the app would I? This is totally unacceptable! I have paid for a flight that you have lost the details of!!!
