@Ryanair my wife has been waiting since the 4th December when you promised payment for compensation regarding the pilot holiday saga in October. Why have you not paid when you said you would? It’s not good enough!!!! Your customer service is appalling!!!

So today we receive an email saying you have closed this case because someone has cashed the cheque. Well I suggest you check who has cashed your cheque because it’s not my wife. You are without doubt the worst company we/I have ever dealt with. This needs to be investigated!!!

There is a lot of money owed here and the time that you have spent investigating this is not good enough. I want this resolved!!!!! Please call us on this matter as we shouldn’t have to go through all this to get what is owed!!!
