Hey @Ryanair why do you penalise those needing advice on flying with medical equipment by having a premium rate line? Can you advise on a local rate number to call please?

If customer has already bought a ticket, it is ILLEGAL for a premium rate number to be offered.

If it's a pre-sales enquiry, it is "greedy and foolish" to offer a premium rate number.
