They eventually offered to refund flights 17th Oct which we cancelled cos we flew back Fri 13th but not paying for they flights yet they said they would beforehand

The member of our group who put the claim in was told it had been dissolved (???) till he phoned on Monday. Our ref is 1907421/PR9Z2Z Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

We got an E-mail saying claim had been resolved and closed but doesn't say how much they are paying us. Is there anyway we can find this out before giving bank details. Our ref is 1907421/PR9Z2Z

Due to Mr Kempton starting cancer treatment he's asked us to take over our claim. Other member of party has contacted Money Matters who said 1st thing they'd ask is why £523 when flight refunds come to £1275. Ray
