@Ryanair - why force full plane load through gate into freezing pen with no facilities Lisbon airport when plane not even here yet?! Elderly&disabled + kids trapped in cold standing. Appalling.

Thank you for quick reply and being polite. I also asked perfectly politely what the reason for the delay was from the cabin crew on boarding, who was extremely rude and swore at me. Utterly unacceptable.

I’m a frequent flyer, and having a crew member say “Jesus Christ all the complaints” at me when I asked why we were delayed (I was worried about UK weather).
