@Ryanair spent 30 minutes on web chat to be advised my matter would be resolved within 24 hours. It’s now been longer with no feedback. Need a response ASAP

I don’t have any reference numbers I’m afraid, however I just want to change the name on a voucher which I purchased for Christmas. Can you assist? Your rep advised this needed “escalating” but I haven’t heard anything. Many thanks
