It was submitted direct but we did not receive a TID reference so I have had to contact the call centre on numerous occasions and advised you have itpic.twitter.com/A8XILP8UUV

Are these advisors lying to me then by saying that You have it and I’ll get a response in 15 Days. What do you suggest I do this time? Last time I was told not to resubmit the claim (see thread)?
