@Ryanair hi, I’ve booked airport parking through Yourselves but for stansted, but it didn’t let me select the times I needed, and my confirmation has come through but the times aren’t compatible with my flight times. I’ve called stansted and they said I need to speak to you?

Hi JT, I booked my airport parking, on the Ryanair website, I think it's midstay. It didn't let me select times, just the date I needed. When my confirmation came through, the times aren't compatible for when my flight times are. I tried to log in to the stansted 1/3

website, as instructed in my email, but my reference wasn't correct. I then contacted stansted airport parking who said that the reference ive been given is my Ryanair reference and as they I had booked through yourselves, they can't help me. 2/3

I then tried to call the number on the Ryanair website for Stansted parking, but every time I try to call through it tells me it's shut, even though im calling during the opening hours!! How do I amend my times, and if not how do I cancel my parking?! 3/3

I've been in contact with two different call centres, and LiveChat, all of whom have told me that they can't help me. I'm so angry, the service I've received has been appalling.
