@Ryanair our flight from Bordeaux to Stansted was cancelled on Wednesday 27th. The next flight offered was on the 2 January! I called customer services and was told that no other suitable flights were available (not even from Paris!)...

Hi, Thanks, but I've received a reply today saying that my expenses aren't covered as I "chose not to rebook with Ryanair" and they have refunded me. I was not offered rerouting as specified in 2b so I'm claiming for my expenses.
