@Ryanair booked on FR297 Stansted-Dublin & 5 1/2 hour delay now predicted on departure boards. Can’t find any Ryanair staff to give me any info. Can you clarify pls? Worried about getting home if I do land at midnight.

Thank for this. Much more helpful than your email of 19.43 (for 17.00 flight) which doesn’t mention compensation - only cancellation & refund (bit late now) or transfer to another flight (told in airport not an option). Odd that info isn’t same across your communication channels.
