Hi spent 2 hours in a queue just to be told to complain on line. Bag was damaged on a flight and was delayed disembarkation by a drunk passenger I had asked not to be boarded in the first place. That delayed me by 45 mins. Landed 0:50 got bag 03:00 wet and crushed.

It might be an idea to have someone to walk the queue who knows your procedures . There was a queue walker from swissport but he told me to wait ..

Hi tried to but was told sorry all complaints are dealt with on line. I used the specific words property irregularity form. Your service agent did a double take and handed me a photocopy of your customer service online contacts. I had reported the passenger at my embarking
