@Ryanair I've been trying to cancel my flight for 2 days cause I made a mistake booking it. My 24hr grace period already expired because of the delay. I can't get through to your customer service or chat, emails get deflected. This has become a nightmare.

I couldn't cause it wasn't a name update, it was a different name, to which you direct ppl to your customer service.

Your customer service was unable to fix it for me before my flight departure cause first I waited for 2 hours, after which I was told they were no longer open.
