@Ryanair I've been trying to cancel my flight for 2 days cause I made a mistake booking it. My 24hr grace period already expired because of the delay. I can't get through to your customer service or chat, emails get deflected. This has become a nightmare.
during the 24h grace period you can make changes but you can't cancel the ticket. Thanks MV

I would have made a change instead of canceling it and having to buy a new one but I couldn't cause I could not get though to your customer service.

The only thing I did was write the wrong name and that meant having to buy a new ticket.
