Some people don’t learn.. I would never ever book ryan air on high holidays, period. You have to be very stingy and miserable to do that

The only airline we can fly with are Ryanair because of where my in laws live. I’m lucky that I’ve never had any issue with them before now. I don’t anticipate any problems this week when we fly for Xmas. Unfortunately, sometimes it’s not as easy as just booking with someone else

It is about time management treat their employees with a bit of dignity and recognise that is their hard unappreciated work that has made the airline a success despite management efforts to take the glory. All they did was treat staff as a cost driver which needed to be tackled.
