This has been going on for too long- all Ryanair had to do was give me the correct info in the first place and not mislead me into taking a refund-then we would not be where we are now!

Hi, please advise as to when my complaint will be resolved, you Ryanair misled me into taking a refund and withholding information as to my options- this is a criminal offence under consumer regulations 2014 http://www.gov.uk
