#RyanAir can u give me information on my claim now as all you have said for the past few months is that its being escatlated, it can not possibly get escaltated any more times, can we resolve this now as its been dragged on for to long. Anyone at all there? -

so after being ignored by you on twitter for over 3 weeks i have called up
