@Ryanair Reply from on of your agents when I try to rebook cancelled flight via chat: "You will need to go to the airport for a flight move. There the flight will be possible to move."Seriously?Is this what you are teaching your employees? I have to do a 100 mile round to rebook?
Hi, due to adverse weather conditions in the UK we've had to cancel a number of flights. All passengers whose flights have been effected, will receive an email & text message with the relevant information on refunds or flight changes. AR
