@Ryanair The way your customer service has treated my claim is disgraceful. Claim number is Q1TE2H. The response I got on Nov 21 from your representatives said I should allow 14-28 days and that I would receive a response the following week. It has now been 58 days. Explanation?

Last official correspondence was on the 10th Oct when I received the unsatisfactory compensation offer. I responded via email to complain on the 10th Oct and made another complaint using the form on 24th Oct. No response since.
