@Ryanair Hi, you agreed and sent an email stating that a refund cheque was in the post and would arrive within 10 days. its been 16 days. what do i do?

I still have not received my cheque in the post. Can you please give me the correct places to complain and find out. I do not want to be palmed off on your contact form on your website again as seems to be happening. 3 months since the complaint was started is ridiculous.
