@Ryanair Filling out EU comp form- only field for 1 flight but BOTH were cancelled on the SAME booking and u only allow 1 claim per booking?

Hello, me again. Still no meaningful communication from you regarding the 3 passengers w/ 2 cancelled flights on this booking. Never received compensation for 1 which was due within 14 days when you "settled" the claim. Anyone there actually know what is happening with this?
