1- I would like to know how your support can allow agents to read requests and just ignore it, cause it's the 3rd one here on chat, still no answer. 2- I would like to cancel a booking that someone made less than 2 hours ago with my card. Thanks for your time.

Hi Ophélie, unfortunately you cannot cancel a booking after it is confirmed, but if you wish to change it then you can do this for the fare difference only within the first 24hrs of booking. JH
