.@Ryanair still haven’t paid for our flights home after leaving us stranded in Poland in Sept & haven’t paid us the compensation for it either. Absolutely disgusting. Also never answer emails & try to make it as hard as possible to claim. They won’t even respond to this tweet.

Today. Nothing’s been done & we had to contact you after filing forms weeks ago. You’ve ignored us and led us on wild goose chases. Our claim’s been filed again & now we’re waiting whilst you probably continue to do nothing & hope that we give up... Unless you know different...
