@Ryanair I'd really like someone from head office to contact me regarding a complaint. I've heard nothing since the 26th and I'm really keen to get this resolved
Hi Helen, yes that is the booking reference, I can see that the complaint was sent the 30Nov, correct? We've received quite some requests these weeks, we're working as fast as we can, pleaseup to 28 days to receive a response. Sorry JC

It should have been submitted on the 26th, 28 days is unacceptable. All I want is the inadequate replacement suitcase that you've sent me replaced with something of a similar quality to the one that was damaged. Surely there is someone that can help now?
