Ryanair is terrible, they gave you cheap ticket and become mean to you at the airport, looking for every opportunity to charge you. Like they did to me at Stansted airport; I was charge £50 for checking in 1hr 50mins before flight departure.
Hi Kelly, there is a €50 check-in prices. We send you emails days before telling you to please check-in online or you will be charged. DL
I didn't get any email from Ryanair about checking before or what so ever. I do fly Ryanair every second weekend, from Stansted to Shannon for the past 2years; in the coming year, I will not fly Ryanair anymore due to the £50 taken off me.
Hi, apologies but your email provider may have put it in your spam folder. If you do not check-in online before your flight you will need to pay the airport check-in fee. Did you have trouble checking-in online for this flight? DL
I had a problem checking online that day, I usually checking online before I gets to the airport but that day; it won't let me check in online.

Can't checking at this time error, I went to Ryanair canter at the airport 1hr 50mins before flight to check in, and I was charged. I felt really offended. I normally checking with Ryanair app on my phone, it just did not work for me that day.
Hi, it does not matter what time you arrive at the airport. The fee is the same. If you do not contact us to resolve a check-in error then there is little we can do. Apologies. DL
Apologies not acceptable to be honest, I need refund of my £50. I was told at the canter to pay the £50 first and write you guys on Twitter for a refund. I was not ask to contact any technical team.
